Willow_on_fire Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 If any of you wondered why I was very infrequent in my ICF visits, it's because I was busy moving back to India. After living around 6 years in the west, I decided that I'd had enough and it was time to head home. It's been 2 months since I moved and it's going rather well. Instead of lazing around on weekends and watching India TV(which is by far the best news channel in the world), I've been going to various places I'd never been to before. Benaras is amazing and the temples there are enchanting. Sarnath has an unexplainable calm about it. As a tribute to Dada, I'm off to a tiger sanctuary in a few days to try and catch some of his brothers. I'll try and go for the Delhi and Mohali tests too. India is the place to be - family and work wise. pure again...:haha: I bet you like to inhale lot of carbon monoxide, honk in traffic jams, drive in poor quality roads, and fill-up adulterated fuel in your vehicle and put up with corrupt Govt officials, effigy burners, rioteers, and many more. Good luck to you...and make sure about the mineral water you buy, also don't forget to buy a generator or a good UPS for your pc....hmmm what else....oh!!!....btw...did your work visa expire?

I believe it was last defined by the great amits in Ye Olde ICF as an individual who was born and brought up in India, lives there without ever going abroad and has no desire to go abroad. Basically someone who has never set foot out of the country in his/her entire life and never will do so.
satishg Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 the definition of pure indian - a person should satisfy all these conditions - 1. born & brought up in india 2. has indian parents 3. is currently living in india 4. has no plans to go abroad and gambit as of now, satisfies these conditions and incase u guys dont know, i prevented 2 people from my college from becoming impure saying that they have some responsibility towards their country & should not become traitors by going abroad. both of them r still in india now lol rofl :haha::hysterical::cantstop: amits has no equal..he is the best entertainer in ICF light years ahead of his competitors :hysterical:

But definitely long term. Had this in mind for quite some years, but never implemented it. :giggle: Nothing patriotic ..just for family reasons. My mom is not feeling well. Wanted to do it for quite some time, never had the guts until it was for the personal reason.
