Flintoff adds salt to Aussie injury -

As botham said "aussies have a pop gun attack" Aussies are turning on their team. They are horrified by there negative tactics in this series. Many negative aussie media reports on their team. Loads of pressure on ponting

I don't know really, everytime Aussies play the Poms they bring their best game though. This time around it could be different though. The poms are more likely to play attacking cricket while the Aussies will sit back and expect for things to happen. Gone are the days when Ponting would throw the ball to either McGrath, Gillespie or Warne when he needed a wicket. Johnson is one that can be trusted to do well but Bret Lee can be temperamental. Looks like the Ashes is going to be some series to follow this time.

This is more a dig at the Aussies, rather than a compliment to the Indians. P.S; I am shocked how close the two series' are, with each other.

If the Aussies want to beat England next year there are 2 key men they must include ... 1. Shaun Tait - yes he struggled against India but anyone who can bowl yorkers and bouncers at 155 kmh is worth a look in 2. Shaun Marsh - Katich will be exposed as an opener on those grassy English wickets ... that big shuffle across the stumps wont help him against the swinging ball. Shaun Marsh is a name for the future ... we saw what he could do in the IPL but I have watched his batting over the past few years for WA ... he is the next star for Australia imo. When Hayden retires, this guy will take over as the lead opener. Also ... given Jaques impressive county record maybe he should get a recall first, but definitely put Marsh in the squad. This summer in Australia when they face the South Africans on those bouncy wickets, we will see how good an opener Katich really is. Btw ... I cant wait for the South Africans coming to Australia. Not that I like South Africa but their pace attack is pretty good to watch (Ntini, Morkel and Steyn all 90mph+). Already planning to go to the Sydney Test ... I wanna see Dale Steyn bowling live.

Frederick here is just trying to suck up to the Indian Public so he gets a good reception. As for the Ashes, I hope OZ win, u guys do not know how annoying it was back in 05 when the Pommies won, there were people here who didnt follow Cricket before Day 5 of the Final Oval Test and after the series win they started acting like they were gods and knew everything.

Yeah, even I want to see oz win the Ashes. Poms are anyways wont to winning it once in decade. If they win more than that, they will get serious indigestion.

i actually think england is quite close to india as a test side.they have a strong bowling attack, good batting lineup,a world beating allrounder and a confident skipper
