DomainK Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 A series of terrorist strikes in Mumbai on Wednesday night has put a question mark over the fate of the Champions Twenty20 League, scheduled to begin here next week, and cast a serious doubt over the second Test between India and England next month. The strikes, including blasts and shooting incidents, were spread out across the city but the majority of them were in south Mumbai, the main tourist hub. The Taj Mahal hotel, a city landmark and the scene of one such attack, is to host the two Test teams and was where the England side stayed during their warm-up period in Mumbai. The Brabourne Stadium, venue of the second Test and scheduled to host three Champions League games, is in the middle of the area where most attacks have taken place. It is also the vicinity where most foreign tourists are likely to stay. BCCI officials said it was too early to comment on the situation. http://content-ind.cricinfo.com/ci/content/current/story/379813.html

MalikBrother Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 Feel sorry for those victims were targeted on several reasons! :(( I don't think Champion League will be canceled. Life goes on. That's way it's. PCB should send extra domestic team in cover of Middlesex. I feel sick. It's hard to build some some interest on CT as the same time, people died and still dying. Let Terrorists rot in hell. They have no religious. Currently, watching about this news in ARY!
