Bhaiya' date=' you need to cook desi chicken for a very long time on low flame - it's almost like preparing mutton.[/quote'] Sigh. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THE CONCEPT OF MARINATING MEAT? :banghead:

Low flame + marinated meat >>>> Low flame on its own. And there are times when low flame's inadequate. For a curry or even a biryani it's OK - but for kebabs, frankies, chilli chicken, most things grilled, etc... it just doesn't work.

In India-Pak you wont find many hindus-Muslims who eat beef-pork. Overseas you'll meet few. I have worked and have been friends with many muslims who drink , eat pork and dont worry about halaal .. at the same time I have met a lot of hindus who dont eat meat on tues and thursdays.. who dont touch beef ... So in the end .. whats the point of this discussion ?

No, I dont eat Beef...does that make me a " Hindu Kasab" ??....One is considered liberal according to his or her outlook and attidtude towards life and not on the basis of eating habits

Can I take part in this poll if I'm Jain and I eat pretty much anything and everything, including the occasional bacon cheeseburger? I have yet to try kangaroo though....

ya I love trying new stuff. Had a lot of beef burritos in the first sem and then most italian entrees have beef anyways (lasagna). My grandma flips out but ya I love her so I call her everytime I eat beef. Did try some rabbit in India. Not too impressed, maybe it wasn't well done.
