Bangalore is just a city (state), India is bigger. No Indian should feel left out of any Indian city because she doesn't know the local language. Sure, it'll be great if she makes an effort to learn the local lingo, but it should be a choice. It is not the same with people coming over from a different country. That said, I know English, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada - filling all the criterion for country, mother and state. :isalute:
