If a bowler bowls a dot delivery after going for a boundary then " it s a very gud comeback by the bowler". any period of play be it a T20 or an ODI becomes very crucial period of play for him:((:whack: come to think of it this is the guy who is close to board mandarins and also the indian team. wonder what we can do to suffer less of him....

TBH He is our 2nd best commentator after Bhogle... He is actually a very fair commentator and IMO he is at par with best international commentators out there

i am not commenting on what he said today. it is just the same everytime .as a cricketer and a commentator doing the rounds in international cricket he should have balls to criticize or at least analyse a strip for what it is. before the start of the last game he threw in one more gem " i think india is going to play with three pace bowlers and just one specialist spinner. " what an observation from the man. anyone who follows the game wld reliase that it has been long since india played with two specialist spinners in an odi even in subcontinent. is he really the best after bhogle? that does not make hom gud...the finest is undoubtedly gavaskar and others lag far behind...

I just can't stand the guy's commentary - there are many other hackneyed and cliched commentators out there as well, but the manner in which this lunatic starts yelling into the mike is in a class of it's own. Not to mention the constant reminders of the score at the start and end of every over, "It's 187/3"!

he's the parrot in the commentators box .. repeats the same stuff all the time, crucial this, important that, BIG SIX etc etc Sunny is way more technical in his commentary and brings some finesse to the viewing experience.

I hate motor mouth harsha these days a lot. I am glad he is not there. Brad hogg is absolute trash. I do not how he got a commie job. Ravi cannot live without cliches. "Will do a world of good to his confidence" "He knew exactly where the fielders are" "They shouldn't allow the asking rate to climb up" He is an intelligent guy. I give him that. He is not the one who struggles for words like some commies (Rameez, Aamir, Waqar..). He can do a lot better if he drops cliches.
