What should a manager do when his subordinate comes to work everyday but spends 8 hrs a day including lunch time in posting stupid silly msgs in a forum and moderating the forum as well, ironically. :hmmm:

coffee_rules Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 May be he is still able to perform his duties in the hours he puts. Some people even after showing up at work for more that 8 hours lag behind schedule because they waste time at work day-trading or posting inane messages in inane mbs.
jusarrived Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 I dont believe you have to be 8hrs at work just for the sake of it ..am just not capable of doing that , but when required I have done 24hrs+ on a trot as well ...dont give excuses & dont complain either
