When I heard Inception was inspired by Paprika, without bothering about it's origin / language /country etc. , I immediately and mistakenly downloaded Tinto Brass' Paprika. When I saw his name on the screen, I was like :blink: that Nolan got inspiration from him.. After watching and wondering where the hell Nolan got his insopiration, for about for 30 odd minutes it suddenly struk me that I might have got the wrong paprika, whcih was the case. :facepalm: But it was so much better than the two Tinto Brass movies I have watched (Caligula, Monamour) and the lead actress resembled Penelope Cruz a lot so I completed it. A good movie for its genre..
