i d rather that we bat till tea on day 5. pile on some 800 odd runs at 2.3 an over. with dravid scoring a double at a strike rate of 28. maybe that will teach the lankan kunts for preparing placid pitches.

If we dont collapse and there is nothing in the pitch by day 5, we might as well aim for 1000 runs. But we are not SL, we will probably get all out for 400 today and then follow-on and get 250 and lose the test by 10 wickets by the 4th day.

Too optimistic to say the least.We cannot win this by any cost :headshake: We should first target to avoid the Follow on, we are far away from 443, we must target 443 first rather than looking at 800-900 now
