Yes we won the match but Australia and Ponting deserve speical claps for playing with positive spirit and never-say-die attitude... Just when I thought when we got Australia out for 192, Austrlians showed why they are respected all over the world.... There were no controversies and they showed respect for VVS when he won the match.... Respect to Australian team!!

Very much so. The Aussies played thru their skins and as Shastri said during the presentation ceremony, this match was thrilling due to the fighting spirit from their side too. Ponting spoke very well appreciating the hard work from both sides. Great game! :hatsoff:

TBH, I never expected Aussies to put a fightback with such a lineup. They did a fantastic Job. But as usual got pwned by the legend himself :--D Nevermind, well played :punter: and co.

Instead it got close because we screwed up the fielding and catching big time, missed stumping, no-ball wickets and Billy Cowdung and Ian Mold-mildew. Punter's team appealed for an inside edge and got Sehwag in B'lore, and they did it here for Gambhir. Aided by umpring charmness.

Where is the Australian contingent? Usually, Australian teams are accompanied by a huge contingent of fans during their test tours abroad. They travel across venues and there will be atleast 30-40 of them sitting together in the same stands and cheering their team. But this time around, I hardly see any australians on the stands. Did anyone notice? I saw a couple of guys on today's highlights. Even England attracted a lot more fans the last time they were here. Wondering what happened to all those aussie fans. What do you think this is due to? Are australian fans giving up on their team? Or are they saving up money for the ashes? Lets Discuss!

Well they are professional unit, never give up, always pushing for that win, as always. If only they improve their on field behavior (which was fine this test), I would put them right behind Ind and SL in terms of teams I would support.
