indiaregulator Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 thats Rohit Think its Ravi Bopara actually...
Sooda Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 Did he not make Cricinfos AT England Dream team? Ahead of guys like Compton and May, who are regarded as greats. Shows how highly he is rated by the xperts who chose that team
SLICKR392 Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Correct me if I'm wrong he might be the only English player(inc. bowlers) who can do brilliantly in all 3 formats.
achilles Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 If he's got half the fire in his belly that Marlon Samuels has at the moment, KP is going to absolutely butcher attacks around the world.
Executioner Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 This guy has got a lot of potential and if he plays cricket properly for the next 5 years he will def. become a legend
don_corleone840 Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 If he's got half the fire in his belly that Marlon Samuels has at the moment' date=' KP is going to absolutely butcher attacks around the world.[/quote'] comparing him to samuels???:haha::haha::haha:
ravishingravi Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 Kevin Pietersen He looked very determined and threatening. One guy I fear in this line up. I think he really wants to do well this series. Brilliant how he danced down the track first ball with 3 overs to go.
GautiMaan Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 Zak still has a role to play imo, cant depend on spinners for everything.
carnish Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 KP certain to get a TON ... hopefully Cook gets it too ... will add spice to the game
indiaregulator Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 IMO on turners the best way to negate it is to attack. get to the pitch of the ball and give it a whack before it can turn and bounce. But KP Cook partnership should be fun. Cook to keep things in control on one end and KP whacking the spinners. Hopefully. By the way, I wasn't up at 4 this morning so I didn't watch anything. But was Cook at any point looking troubled?

kubrickian Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 He will fail miserably in this series with that approach. You need to be positive while playing against spin but the way KP came down the track for that first ball, he seemed more nervous than anything. Being positive means you put the bad ball away and keep rotating the strike. Not strike out like a mad man.
