lonestarranger Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 The pink looks seriously gay. Did a a girl decide on the colors? Looks ghey alright.
punjabi_khota Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 It was not needed 50 ago' date=' now with all the north indian migration, they had to dig up roads to put rails.[/quote'] With all the south indian migration to Jersey, you would think they wouldn't need to do that. :hehe:
Ram Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 The moment i saw the dash of pink on the coach, i knew there was gonna be more gay references than metro references in this thread. :facepalm; P.S; Having said that, i think having pink on the coach is gay. :giggle:

CSK Fan Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 That metro has been there for months. I have heard that the project has been delayed further by a year?
WC2011INDIA Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 Yes, the choice of color is pretty gay. Delhi's metros are awesome.
gs Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Screw the colors, hope there have been no compromises on safety measures!
NareshK Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Looks good. Hope people maintain it properly after it gets operational. Hyderabad was supposed to get a metro before Bangalore but it got screwed up in the Satyam/Maytas fiasco who were given the project. Larsen & Toubro are now handling the project.
Stuge Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Really? I visited MG Road around 2 months back but didnt see this coach. I mostly go to residency road but not MG Road so may have missed this. I don't know much about the place ,but the pictures I posted above were taken in august 2010/Bangalore .
coffee_rules Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 With all the south indian migration to Jersey' date=' you would think they wouldn't need to do that. :hehe:[/quote'] No. There is no comparison. Migration into Bangalore is too much for it handle.

ganeshran Posted June 14, 2011 Author Posted June 14, 2011 It goes to M.G. Road Everywhere we wanted to go in Bangalore was some how near M.G. Road lol LOL thats true. MG Road, Brigade road, Chinnaswamy stadium, Manipal centre mall, Residency road, Shivaji Nagar are all very near to each other

Make it fun colors and that is not a problem but the current look of the metro train in the first post is just Gay. BTW congrats Bangaluru for the metro. Is it really named Namma Metro. Flamy must have done the nomenclature. :P

Roshanrocks Posted June 15, 2011 Posted June 15, 2011 Right now commissioning and testing is going on from MG Road to Baiyappanahalli. Now central government has to give certification then the trains can start. Delay i guess mainly due to delay in inspection by the central government. But the train i saw was more purple than pink... i wonder where that pink train is... :hmmm:
