Bigg Brother Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 Is there any chance we can have new pair of umpires rather than Erasmus and Ian Gould for next two matches?
bulbul Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 If they gave wrong decisions? new umpires for next match?
Bigg Brother Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 If they gave wrong decisions? new umpires for next match? Obvious.Everytime we can't deny by saying that afterall they are humans.
Gollum Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 Kettleborough and Dharmasena for next 2 matches. http://www.icc-cricket.com/about/90/match-officials/umpire-appointments
bowl_out Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 Kettleborough is decent... Dharmasena  Longer he thinks, more chances that he'll give it Out
Bigg Brother Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 Kettleborough is decent... Dharmasena  Longer he thinks' date=' more chances that he'll give it Out[/quote'] Spot on!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D
sscomp32 Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 LOL Adharmasena. Get ready for more blunders.
Gollum Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 I am happy that MC Dar isn't there. Worst umpire presently.
Austin 3:!6 Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 Ok I kind of agree that umpire can make blunders and that is why DRS is there..bla bla. But how come Rohit Sharma was given out on No Ball by 3rd umpire is beyond me. Must admit some of the most pathetic umpiring I have seen on a long time.

In 77-78, 85,91-92 we were screwed over the maximum. Check reports of those matches.

Rule says: "On the line belong to the umpires to call it a no ball" For both Rahane and Rohit's dismissal, I could not an inch of Johnson's foot inside the popping crease. Definitely umpiring blunder but of course we cant complain because we don't opt for DRS. Bullcrap. Imagine those 2 wickets overturned, 80 - 100 runs added by those two, would have been a fantastic prospect for Indian victory. These things will never happen in England though. MCC will ban the umpires.

MCC will ban the umpires. DRS wouldn't gave caught these two because they were already referred to third umpire by the on-field ones. It was the Aussie third umpire that didn't rule it a no-ball. We need to have neutral third umpires especially as they tend to favor the home teams.

Check reports of those matches.[/quote'] These no balls checking has increased because of these umpires blunders.Bowlers bowl no ball many times bt they don't go for checking unless bowler gets wicket. That's why bowler bowl with same leap and steps and bowl the no ball and when he gets wicket, umpire suddenly go for checking.its not fair.If u have watched post match show of 4th day of Brisbane test, many umpire blunders were shown including Jhonson's close no balls which werent given as they were wicketless.

KLPD for bookies & NOTW :cantstop:
