First thing Dinda shud have been selected way ahead of Vk and Mithun and I bet in case he is called for Ishant ....he may play before VK or mithun ... It looks Umesh Zak and Mithun may play first Test with ashwin as Ishant may be rested and played next test....... I feel ashwin can fetch some help from aussie wickets as he has that Height ....I am excited about ashwin and Rahul both r top class spinners......I see Ashwin taking 5 to 6 wickets in the first test for sure( 3 wickets each or 2 in first and 4 next) Since ishu may not play I expect Umesh to FIRE for sure.....reason - he is in form. Zak- will be little too careful and will not push himself much as he is not Sure of his fitness. Mithun- if he gets to play, he shud push himself totally bcos if his performance is again average than he may not get many chances....he nEeds to bcom better. If zak umesh ishu play than Australia will not score 300......

Dinda is atleast better than Crapthun & Koooooooomar for sure.With Aaron & Praveen out with injuries Zak,Ishant,Umesh,Dinda & Irfan shoul've been selected in the first place.Anyway Dinda has some pace in him.He can average between 135-137ks,can bowl upto 145ks,bowls a good outswing & a offcutter.Plus he's in good shape right now.Has taken 27 wkts in 5 matches(7 innings).

people talking about irfan as a batsman are living on delisional. i have been seeing pathan since ipl 4 and he has only gone down as a batsman. vinay and mithun are better batsmen than him right now and did better than him in ranji trophy this season with the bat

Its too early to rush him into the Test side. In the ODI he played, he was swinging and bowling at a decent pace only in the first spell when the ball was new. When the ball became old, he had neither swing nor pace-Majority of his balls were in the 110-115 K range. Even Jhulan Goswami bowls faster than this. Regarding his batting the less said the better. When was the last time anyone saw the 49th over of a 50 over match being played for a maiden?
