Bah! '*** 'em. Arrogant *****s. We beat them 2-0 at home last 2 times. Let them learn to win in India first.
Yes Australia have never won a Test series in India .

The biggest mistake we did is to sign up on 2 Tests in India with both England and Australia and 4 Tests in their own backyard. Not saying we are still licensed to lose all these Tests but I am sure a 4-0 drubbing or 3-0 drubbing to either of these teams in India would have shut them up a little bit. Those wimps in BCCI.

Nothing wrong being said there. Yes it hurts to be on the receiving side but factually where are these guys off? We were the worst number 1 team in world cricketing history. Aussies and West Indies, even South Africa were not this pathetic. When India were losing in England, I remember Nasser Hussain instigating Indians with even Pakistan, who had players accused of match fixing, were performing lot better. We have sucked gloriously. We have made ourselves into this World Number 1 team that we are not. We have made ourselves a team of Gladiator like batsmen who have just effed us over and our bowling..well that was mostly cr@p always. So yeah chicken have come home to roost..like it not. Aussies can get away with it since they have won more games, series than perhaps anybody else.

+1 It is arrogant and harsh, but India deserves the criticism. When we were no. 1, I pointed that out that we were not that good, but some of the ardent ICF'ers would have none of it... BOTTOMLINE is India is shyt team and the worst no. 1 team ever!!!!

historically we have always been around the 4th best team in the world, occasionally we will fluctuate away from that spot but it is like an equilibrium, we will always return back to it.

Its because we suck abroad and after winning world cup none of the senior players are showing the enthusiasm while they were doing before it .shameful

It's not Indian team's fault....It's actually the fans fault for having...high high expectations..It's time we moved on from our one dimensional arguments like it's not our batsman but our work-horse like bowling that has done the job before, etc etc... For a while even I bought the argument....We have had 3 -4 special players performing at their peak in overseas conditions at the same time which saw good results but now they are at the twilight of the career and we will continue to suck. Atleast 2-3 games would have been saved or won out of the 6 had our 4 big players fired but they didn't and we lost....time to wait till we get such a pool of talent at their peaks and by the looks of it it may take a long long time...

The thing is our old guards are playing because we hope their experience and their skills will do better for the team and win us matches but it is not happening even with our four-five ATG players playing together. So, what is the benefit and use of playing these old guards who are neither our future nor helping the team win these tests at present, leave alone win not even an iota of fight is shown and it is better to lose with youngsters in the team, at least they will get experience and there won't be as much a shame or disappointment in losing with youngsters as much as our so called All Time Great players have given to us. At least, a few of those youngsters will take the baton ahead.

But that is the normal process of rebuilding. Now is the right time to groom the youngsters (after the Aussie series). Play them in India first to get a feel of Test Cricket. The fielding will hopefully improve with youngsters in the side, though, some of the youngsters like Ashwin, Aaron, Ishant etc seem as lethargic as 40 year olds.

india were **** as #1, which #1 team beats nzl 1-0 at home, win at windies 1-0,draw at home 1-1 to saffers, draw 1-1 vs a **** lanka side.....we became #1 but the attitude nd mentality and ruthlessness was never there.... i again say, its the bowlers who`ll make u win test matches, i still think if the batsmen score 270 in perth , the bowlers will have the runs cushion nd bowl well

History tells us that when your batting fails against a strong bowling attack, the answer is to get a stronger bowling attack of your own. Until India embraces this we will keep losing. For that to happen we need to produce faster, bouncier wickets. We may lose more at home, as a result, but at least we'll have a real chance of world domination.
