amiret Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 100 for a future great we'll be able to say we saw this game 20 years from now! :isalute: Yes we will remember this 100 and series loss for a long time to come.
yoda Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Great knock, but I don't like his attitude. Gets very angry easily, not sure how he will handle a little down with the ups.
Cricketics Posted January 26, 2012 Author Posted January 26, 2012 Great knock' date=' but I don't like his attitude. Gets very angry easily, not sure how he will handle a little down with the ups.[/quote'] Just like he did rite now. What pressure will be more than this? Everyone was asking for him to be dropped after poor show in first 2 tests. Plus on top, Indian team lost 2 bad bad games and there was more pressure from that too. He came got selected agian and put on a great show at perth. No one stick around with him and he couldn't get a big one in perth. He made sure to do it here this time. THIS IS WHAT YOU, I SHOULD CALL PRESSURE. SOMEONE SPECIAL HAS ARRIVED, AND WE SHOULD KINDLY RESPECT THAT.
Yoda-esque Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 I stand by what I said..still does not have the technique to handle balls moving away. All grit though.
amiret Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Great knock' date=' but I don't like his attitude. It is ok to do it if you are playing in your gully . But in the international arena , That is just immature.
FairCricket Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 even from bangaladesh , some body will score a 100 from 7 innings :cantstop:

That said it is the runs that count, although would be nice to see those runs with a decent attitude as well. Secondly, I think such an attitude will affect him if he has a down swing in his career and people start questioning his performances. Anyways, hope he has a long career ahead of him, but I do wish he would mellow down a bit and not get angry and start cursing people.
Chaos Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 even from bangaladesh ' date= some body will score a 100 from 7 innings :cantstop: :hysterical::hysterical::cantstop::cantstop::cantstop:. Good one brah, Sh#t atleast they score one hundred every 3 tests...

I know as a Paki it hurts to see another Indian batsman coming up who will @$$ **** you in the future :haha:
Pagalpanti Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 All Kohli haters are back in their closet.
J P K Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 no way he is future captain for us with his attitude but of course i admire his batting a lot sometime his batting makes me forgot his attitude completely kohli :hatsoff:
Ultimate_Game Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Wish more players had the same "never say die" attitude of Kohli. At least he has enough shame and self respect to be pissed off at himself and shows hunger to do well.
jusarrived Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 I stand by what I said..still does not have the technique to handle balls moving away. All grit though. He can handle the moving ball as good as any ..only Dravid in current team has better technique on such pitches . This kid is going to be a run machine ...hes in that zone already .

One other gentleman was similar Ponting in his early days and see where he is now. MC-BC does not bother anyone until he scores runs that is his attitude as a Punjabi, same thing was with Bhajji and Yuvraaj. It comes natural to him and is not forced.
rkt.india Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Reminds me of a young Ponting. Absolutely agree.
Number Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 I will take players like him who make 100s and abuse the **** out , over those sadhu mahatma who get out cheaply and add no value in the field.
