But how come a semi literate Italian waitress and her two retarded kids are taking the whole of India for a ride is a bit unnerving. Even the biggest lafange's like Laaloo's, Sharad Pawars etc have been playing second fiddle to the dynasty. All these chor can loot even more if there was no Ghandhee parivar to corner all the money.

Suddenly the plane hits bad weather and starts to wobble. The pilot informs everyone that the plane has only 4 parachutes, saying this he runs grabs one hmself and jumps. Raul says he was responsible for Manipur and not UP as perceived by the media. And he still hasnt eaten from all Dalit homes so he needs to survive and jumps off with a parachute. Sakilesh says he needs to take care of UP since Netaji is very old now and jumps of with the last parachute. The saint then tells the kid, seems like one of us has to die and maybe it has to be me. The boy says - No Sir we still have 2 parachutes left as Raul jumped down with my school bag.

BJP will never have the REACH like Congress' date= as a national party, because Congress has the benefit of it's long history and strong foundations. So IMO BJP will have to always take more help from regional parties to rule at the centre..There lies the problem..In Indian politics, it doesn't harms any regional party to ditch BJP and any point of time and if the need arises.. So an NDA will be more prone to shaky coalition as compared to UPA.. I think its more to do with their stupid policies and narrow minded politics. I am still waiting for the day where there will be a deserving party at the central level and I will be the first person to vote against the congress. Unfortunately, BJP is not one of them. I have voted for the congress in the last election for a multitide of reasons but you are insulting me and all the other people who voted congress. You are surely showing your true class with your posts and personal attacks on people. If people like you are BJP supporters, it explains a lot why they are not coming into power.

Many of these people sitting overseas pretend they are somehow superior in intelluct than the general Indian voting public. Actually the Indian public is very smart and knows exactly what it wants. Even when they dont have choices, they go for the least evil. A party which does not understand this will always fall flat on its face.

But when its only MS's meekness, Sonia and her kid's nationailty, their last name, you bring again and again to the topic, it shows a lot about your lack of cohesive thoughts and understanding of Indian politics. BJP too was sidelined along the same lines last election when instead of development and plans, all they talked about was Sonia's background and PM's meekness Congress is at its weakest and most vulnerable now. If only BJP has a national agenda, distances itself from narrow-minded religion based politics, have a strong secular leader and focuses more on development than Sonia's nationality, they will have victory handed to them on a platter. But this is a case of the opposition bumbling more than the goverment

The Gandhis have turned Congress into "Gandhi & Nehru Pvt Ltd" so even though Rahul Gandhi has done absolutely nothing of note in 8 years in politics, has given his opinion on almost no issue of national importance, has failed to deliver every single time he has campaigned extensively (be it in UP or Bihar - and not just in the recent elections but also in previous elections), he is still the heir apparent. Please tell me how is Rahul Gandhi qualified to be the PM? What has he done till date that justifies his exalted position in India's largest political party? I don't give a damn about his nationality and even if he is an Italian citizen I don't have a problem with him (or anyone else) becoming the Prime Minister IF THAT PERSON DESERVES IT. The BJP may have many faults but usually undeserving leaders don't get to be the PM/CM candidate because of their surname.

Thats a claim made again and again by BJP supporters but never substantiated. Yes, congress is as evil, but its a familiar evil. BJP is themselves to blame for their image of causing discord and communalism. Like in the link I posted above, which is today's news. So a known familiar evil is considered better particularly if they promote more peace and harmony And as I said I, and many others, who voted congress did not do that becuase of the Gandhi name. So if you (and BJP) are assuming the name made a difference, its the biggest mistake you can make as you will not concentrate on the real issues because of which BJP did not win As for Rahul as a PM candidte, let him stand, he is not going to win

Do you really think your "smart aam aadmi", say sitting in punjab or Karnataka, gives two ****s about what happened in Gujarat in 2002, which was , horrible, but by and large a one off thing ? On corruption and such, congress has broken all barriers and ****ed the country big time over last 6-7 years anyways. So I don't see how it is the lesser evil.
