Out of all the top teams,India I think has hit the least number of sixes.There in lies the problem,lack of power hitting.The bowling was mediocre from the start but batting turned out be way overrated. Need to get Veeru back in the team and I would play Raina at no.4,he is our best T20 batsman,give him more overs to bat FFS.

Raina only 6 hitter with Yuvi not in form batting low down the order.

One day MSD promotes himself ahead of everyone, another day Yuvi gets promoted and Rohit gets demoted. Raina comes when collapse is mode is on and is kinda forced to not play his natural game. Other than 2 batsmen, everyone is used as a floater.

It works in ODI's but batsman have time to settle in there probably Dhoni seems to be continuing it here, but I guess in T20's we're better off sticking to a line up than keep floating everyone around. Sehwag should be back for next game, chawla will obviously be the one to go.

Sehwag Gambhir Kohli Sharma Yuvraj Raina Dhoni Pathan Ashwin Harbhajan Zak Opening Irfan will be suicide in this match as Hafeez will open the bowling and is excellent against left handers. The idea of Irfan opening the bowling to see off the quick bowlers in a T20 match is laughable. I would possibly toy with the idea of using Sehwag as a floater down the order to deal with Ajmal when he comes on. He is our most destructive player of spin and it would possibly be a worthwhile risk to give him the licence to go after Ajmal. If we can score heavily against Ajmal, that could be key to winning the game.

Dead ball Steven finn today broke the stumps at umpire's end several time and NZ paid the penalty .All these balls were given as dead balls and runs were not giiven to NZ .This is stupid rule.Opposition team should be given runs which they score on these type of dead balls

Not denying that Chowla is pathetic but Aswin and Bhajji also bowled poorly. Aswin it seems is more interested in changing his bowling style every match rather than spin the bowl. His ass showing style with 5 min pause was pathetic.

Ashwin bowled inside power play with wet ball. It was much harder. He still bowled lot of dot balls. Bhajji is bad. Chawla being bad was predicted well in advance rain or shine. This guy should have never been in the squad let alone playing XI.
