Tiger80 Posted June 22, 2012 Posted June 22, 2012 Apart from forcing a man to sell his baby,I don't see much wrong in the above. The children are unwanted for their parents and hardly any of them could provide good life for them,on the other hand the people who are adopting them will provide them good life

Tiger80 Posted June 22, 2012 Posted June 22, 2012 adoption is different from buying Then we should change the name ,the couple who is adopting the child should use term financially helping the couple which are giving their newborn

I have seen the clip.I already said in first post that forcing is wrong, but in clip they showed parents which willingly gave their unwanted daughter or one father who openly was saying that with the money he secured the future of his other children

Who's gonna prevent those thugs from stealing organs of these poor people ? - Well off (often educated) bribing to 'buy' human babies. We must have some *****ty adoption system besides the lack of ethics among these people. That's just the three top layers.
beetle Posted June 23, 2012 Posted June 23, 2012 Then we should change the name ' date='the couple who is adopting the child should use term financially helping the couple which are giving their newborn[/quote'] How do you stop people from buying children for abusing them. There are enough monsters around who will buy children to abuse them. How do you stop paedophiles, organ harvestors or even others abusers from 'buying these kids '.Without any monitoring body as in the case of legal adoptions these children are open to all kinds of abuse. Can't see how this can be justified.

The girls which were raped in nari niketan in Haryana? what about reports of childrens being sexually abused in orphanages ,they all were under the protection of legal system. Also we all know how legal system work in India.people can legally bring older children from orphanages and make them servants or sexually abuse them and bribing the officials.

The legal adoptions are pretty thorough about background checks and there are stringent follow up checks. There are no guarantees against abuse even in families with biological children.Just because a few cases of abuse happen does not mean we give up and let just anything happen.
Crookbond Posted June 23, 2012 Posted June 23, 2012 I agree with Beetle. The legal adoption system is very good and difficult to get through as well.
