Well but we're playing at home just 103 more to win Raina & Kohli in, Dhoni & Ashwin still to come This is still going to be a stroll in the park for us
You have no idea about KT's power :fear:

Dhoni has been criticized a lot on this forum for his weaknesses. This was almost perfect series for him. He batted well in all 3 innings and played crucial knocks. His partnership with Kohli was great batting under pressure. It doesn't matter whether these were cheap runs or easy wins, he performed like a leader and full credit to him for this series win.

Kudos however, I don't think Dhoni is an accomplished test bat. Maybe because of his improper defence or poor performances in the last 11 matches, but I dont feel Dhoni can succeed over a longer term as a test batsman. If his keeping was brilliant, we can excuse below par batting skills, ala Healy but that isnt the case.

He averages more than any other Indian wk and is one of the best ever wks in terms of batting average. I think we expect too much out of him, we should remember the fact that he is not a specialist bat.

Dhoni is God in home conditions.....brilliant batting with Virat...my heart was in my mouth when Raina got out

Those who were complaining that MS does not score when required can just look at today's innings. Brilliant innings under pressure! :hatsoff:
That was a selfish display where he scored cheap runs when all the hard work was already done. His show-off at the end made this win seem hollow and we may as well have lost. Dhoni needs to go. Enough already :hitler:

The way our batsmen have played against Nz fast bowlers' date=' thank god this series was in India and not in NZ otherwise we would have been on the receiving end of another white wash.[/quote'] agree
