To be honest i had similar doubts over his action, but strangely though, when you have a side on look at his action (the action replay that they keep playing from the side camera), his action looks far more cleaner, i would conclude it by saying that he gives's a wrist thrust at the time of delivery to put more rotations, his action is suspicious, but if put under the scanner he will come out clean.
