India plays very few T20's and far between. Still shouldn't be an excuse. I'd rather they send an IPL XI at least it would stand a chance to win

There's only 1 or 2 international t20's scheduled every series. Sometimes, India just uses it as a warmup game and just uses the ODI players for the t20 squad. Wasn't there an incident recently where they didn't send a replacement and just used someone from the ODI squad? Only the t20 WC is of any significance.
