Discuss the future role of Sehwag and Zaheer in Super 8 Wt20 matches

As much as Dhoni and the team management try to say that Sehwag and Zak were rested for the last game vs England, it's clear that they were both dropped due to non performance. Will be interesting to see how these two seniors respond to this decision. If anything, I hope it wakes them up and makes them realize that they have been taking their place for granted in team India. Hopefully if they get picked in the rest of the tournament, they come back with a better intensity and a real desire to do well rather than just going through the motions which they have been doing for a long time now.

The were not dropped. They were requested to be rested to try other players that is what Dhoni had said in his press conference. Sehwag still did better than Gambhir in the first match.

Thats old news ... 21st september.. it was a minor hit on his fingers and he is ok. Though he didnot even practice at the nets today, even Yuvi was missing P.S: Three Inidan players were dope tested today ... Veeru, Bhajji and Ashwin
That should be regular dope test right?

+1 Get it right. They weren't dropped. By going through Dhoni's post match interview they were pleaded to sit out.
