Desi Cartman Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 People dont know this' date=' but Karela and lauki juice can be extremely dangerous some times. Particularly with people whose diabetes is only borderline, it can bring down the blood sugar to dangerously low levels. Also remember, that half of the time diabetes related health issues arise more from blood sugar going too low as by it going too high[/quote'] Exactly, especially if you are on medication then it's important to keep something sweet with you always.

coffee_rules Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 There is no cure, live by it and keep it controlled, people will have to change their lifestyles. Eat less, work more. take meds, keep it controlled.

Rohit S. Ambani Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 Diabetes is not a disease, its a condition. There is no direct harm from diabetes, but it creates huge loophole in our system to let other 100s of ailment to succeed. Don't take pills at such a young age, don't rely on them, otherwise be ready for injections in your 40s. Moderate exercise, eat spicy food (to fasten your metabolism), NO to refined sugar and other such foods.

nballa Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 go on a paleolithic diet, eggs/meat/veggies/fruit. its tasty, healthy. so fire up that grill and eat like a man, you dont even have to exercise. don't listen to idiots who say you are eating too much fat and it raises cholesterol.
