But dont they immediately gain it back once they go back to normal. Thats happened to my friends
i think after GM diet gets over , change in the food habits is a must.. if they eat like before they end up putting weight again.. only one of my friend is successful with it .. he was like 90kgs ( 175 cms ) and last time i saw he was like 77 or 78 kgs .. he is the one who recommends this and he told we can practice the GM Diet plan for a week whenever we need to reduce the weight but he told people who starts GM dieting for the first time will discontinue within 3 or 4 days and they never do it again ..

i myself lost 2 kgs in 4days .. i guess something like he lost 6 or 7kgs in a week.. GM diet duration itself is for only one week and then we can continue with our normal food routine

Dropping multiple kgs in few days, this diet **** sounds scary :fear: Don't treat your bodies like machines is what i would say.
+1 losing 2 pounds per week itself is very bad for health. 1 lb = 3500 calories.. which means.. 7000 calorie deficit in 7 days.. that is a lot.If we are talking about 6 kgs. 13 lbs roughly.. that would mean severe calorie deficit is needed.

I've been prescribed Hepexa M' date=' 1 tablet after dinner everyday. Got no idea what's FBS and PPBS.[/quote'] Your Hepexa M contains Metformin hydrochloride & Ursodeoxychloic acid to lower your blood glucose level. Btw, are you still slightly overweight? what is your fasting & post parandial blood sugar level?

Btw i asked the same. He has been prescribed only Metformin so i am not expecting a really high level of sugar level.May be borderline. It seems its mostly preventive.

I have stopped drinking since the 31st of October, and I won't drink at least till Christmas next. I'm already experiencing withdrawal symptoms since 48 hours after I quit - mild fever, mild headache, tremors, and a considerable loss of appetite.

I had to quit as well for nearly three months when I had an acute infection, it will settle down. Btw, if you smoke pot, try and stay away as well, the massive sugar cravings it induces will mess your sugar levels.

I quit smoking pot about 10 months ago, will never try it again. BTW, did your tolerance level greatly decrease in those 3 months?

This is normal as your liver detoxes, it tends to be more healthier than usual, hence functioning efficiently i.e. one pint will be like drinking two or three (P.S. am no doctor, this is all anecdotal). So, completely normal and drinking a lot of water helps this detox even more. btw...I wasnt drinking anywhere near your levels man !!!
