Sidhoni Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 Really short run up to generate that kind of pace. How old is he?
rkt.india Posted November 29, 2012 Author Posted November 29, 2012 You cannot see runup here. He is 18 year old. He was seclected in BCCI trials earlier this year. Ian Pont is coaching him.

rkt.india Posted November 29, 2012 Author Posted November 29, 2012 get this freaking joker Ian pont out of Indian cricket' date=' this guy is useless.India does not need anything from this useless guy.[/quote'] What? He has done a great job with Haryana fast bowlers.
ChanaLal Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 get this freaking joker Ian pont out of Indian cricket' date=' this guy is useless.India does not need anything from this useless guy.[/quote'] Amit Mishra, Mohit Sharma, Harshal Patel and other bowlers at Haryana seems to have done well under him and praise him highly. Who are WE to know more than professional cricketers and Internationals?
Number Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 If he is 18 then sure he'll get chances in the future somewhere. Should keep working on it.
rkt.india Posted November 29, 2012 Author Posted November 29, 2012 Awful action Action can always be refined. To me, he has very strong and decent action.
Sachinism Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 *cough* http://indiancricketfans.com/showpost.php?p=2157214&postcount=106 Yeh that is a horrible action. No way can he sustain pace by bowling like that, the body will break apart. WTF has Pont been teaching him
rkt.india Posted November 29, 2012 Author Posted November 29, 2012 *cough* http://indiancricketfans.com/showpost.php?p=2157214&postcount=106 Yeh that is a horrible action. No way can he sustain pace by bowling like that, the body will break apart. WTF has Pont been teaching him Actions can always be refined, but this is the action which will help him generate pace and this not as bad an action as Pat Cummins or Steve Finn or Varun Aaron.
Lord Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 Actions can always be refined' date=' but this is the action which will help him generate pace and this not as bad an action as Pat Cummins or Steve Finn or Varun Aaron.[/quote'] Finn has a decent action:dontknow:
rkt.india Posted November 29, 2012 Author Posted November 29, 2012 Finn has a decent action:dontknow: No. Finn has big flaws in his action. He has cross-legged action.

rkt.india Posted November 29, 2012 Author Posted November 29, 2012 well He uses his non bowling arm well ,Follows through well , there are some similarities with vrv singh at point of delivery. and he has an athletic body which VRV did not have though he is more side on, VRV had open upper, closed lower part action which lead to back injuries.
rkt.india Posted November 29, 2012 Author Posted November 29, 2012 he has an action more like Yasir Arafat if people can remember.
