Number
But if you see, we haven't done badly in the ODIs when he has not played. In the last 4 years he has only played 30-40% of our ODIs. Form of our key batsmen is missing. Link to comment
Vivek.S.123
This game just showed us that our tail is way too long with Jadeja at 7. For the next ODI, Pujara should replace Jadeja and bat at 3 with Virat at 4. Link to comment
Vivek.S.123
coz Ishant had to bowl But why did Dhoni let Raina and Kohli bowl but not Yuvi? :(( Link to comment
CG
But why did Dhoni let Raina and Kohli bowl but not Yuvi? :(( Because Dhoni waked up from right side of bed today. Link to comment
gaurav92
Coz Yuvi was expensive against Padosis. Link to comment
Crookbond
It is the Rohit Sharma factor, IMO. Link to comment
NareshK
Yuvi should have bowled. He is always effective against non SC teams. He could at least have been tried for an over or two. Link to comment
Clarke
Yawn, we have found a better player in Jadeja. Link to comment
Rohit S. Ambani
SRT cannot be replaced, the aura, the passion, the confidence, the charisma he used to bring to the game. Sachin had no aura or charisma, stop making him look like Shane Warne or KP. Link to comment
Tendulkar_Bhai
HAHAHA and you were calling for Sachin/Dravid/Laxman to retire...what a joke. Today the bowling let us down Dinda, Ishant, Ashwin didnt know where to bowl, no guidance from Dhoni, bring back ZAK quick! england bowling first would have restricted us to under 300 but they probably would not have chased it. ExpressPace
SRT always played a crucial role in chasing any target set by Pak team regardless of where the match is being played and who is bowling(Wasim, wqar, saqi, Ajmal). This guy was just too good at constructing inning and this is where india is getting short change now. I still remember the WC and Asia cup , we lost only cause of SRT. Amazing player. India has chase 300+ many times, so lets not blame the bowlers only. Link to comment
