Shukla ji has informed that many politicians like to listen to debate with their eyes closed to focus and that's what baba was doing. He said that AVP used to do the same all time.

:giggle: Though didn't stop the Gandhi dynasty slaves from another attempt to evolve this moron:
With Rahul in the lead, Congress learns to play disruptive Opposition http://www.firstpost.com/politics/with-rahul-in-the-lead-congress-learns-to-play-disruptive-opposition-1610691.html?utm_source=FP_HP_CATEGORYRANK ...Forget the numbers. Take them head on. This seems to be the Congress party's strategy in Parliament. Interestingly, the normally reticent Rahul Gandhi is taking the lead in attacking the government. He was seen almost in the well of the House protesting price rise, a scene that took even the treasury benches by surprise. Outside, he faced the media to trash the railway budget. Well, whatever he did during his long break seems to have done him a world of good. He looks more aggressive and certainly more involved....

From the article I read, his eyes were only closed for less than a minute. Now, he could be taking a cat nap or just happened to close his eyes. Either way - he's not the first politician caught napping in Parliament and he won't be the last either. Many a times senseless debates and sloganeering goes on in Parliament. I'm not defending this guy, but one might want to give the benefit of doubt to him.

Dont tell me politics is stressful for the like of lalu, mulayam and RG. Also I some is sleepy why dont they just go home. Why dont the speaker have some sort of punishment.
