Feel bad for Manoj Tiwari.Here's this super talented Rohit scores a 80 (good on him,classy knock) and suddenly we see commies/captain talking about career defining innings,this move will change his career,he needed this innings blah blah.. and then there is Manoj Tiwari who scored a 100 opening as well but poor guy had to wait for so many matches to get back into the team again.Different yardsticks for different players. But I hope Rohit finally shows some consistency when he is getting so much backing.

The problem with Rohit and other batsmen who are gifted is over confidence. Batting comes easy for them, so they get carried away with it and try to dominate bowlers right away and give their wicket away. He has to learn to respect bowlers and put a price on his wicket and cut down on shots early on in the innings which are getting him into trouble and then he will become lot more consistent.
