Laxman criticises Dhoni's use of Harbhajan

Removing him from the attack made sense as he was bowling filth but why was he dropped from the attack after picking Siddle? He was bowling pretty well during that spell.

Laxman clearly doesn't like Dhoni because he had to retire earlier and showing his frustration at him now.
What kind of frustration? Laxman knows that he is light years ahead of Dhoni in Test format of the game - the real cricket.

Or he knows he never had a chance to play in a World Cup let alone win it twice like Dhoni - the only trophy that really matters

Going through the article, what VVS is suggesting is Bhajji should have bowled more to gain more confidence! So were we trying to givemore confidence or trying to get them out? Were 20 overs y'day not enough for Bhajji to find his rhythm? Hardly looked like taking a wicket and was leaking 4 rpo. Jadeja and Ashwin were the two best bowlers and naturally started the bowling in the morning session. From the last session y'day, Jaddu's figures were 17-6-24-2, with two plumb lbw shouts denied and a catch dropped off his bowling. No reason why he shouldn't have bowled more than Bhajji.

Just agreeing with cricket-God here. Particuarly the morons who insist on calling the world t-20 a world cup

MS Dhoni doesn't back out-of-form players: VVS Laxman Media going to give it a nice spin now :)
LOL, firstly Laxman never used those words. if anyone listened to the match commentary, then these articles are basically putting on their own headlines to attract attention. Poor Laxman, first test as a commentator and he is in the thick of things. Personally, I agree with Laxman. He has some valid points. Dhoni didn't bowl Harbhajan for the whole of tea session yesterday and didn't bowl him for an hour today. Harbhajan was the last bowler he went to in the morning session on Day 2. And Harbhajan bowled really good in his six overs and when he picked up a wicket, Dhoni took him off. :haha:

Dhoni's bowling changes are random. You will see him take a bowler out after taking a wicket, leave a bowler out for loooong periods. He simply lacks the common sense to make appropriate bowling changes. Of course all of this is preceded by random team selections so he can continue using those random picks in even more random ways.

The man tries to be as diplomatic as possible and still ends up in controversy. :hysterical:

Looking at those headlines, I doubt VVS is going to talk much in the rest of the series. I watched him say those words live and he was just trying to be sympathetic to Bhajji rahter than being critical of Dhoni.
