Wont get injured and will keep going and pick up wickets. Will always be up amongst highest wicket takers for seamers at international level Sadly at international level these kinds who amass big hauls for whole season in ranji don't have fire power at test level

The build will actually slow you down since now you have to run harder to move you big heavy body and they are more injury prone.
