In bpl only usp is pak players.

The IPL stands out because it was the first to exploit the franchise structure. In that sense it is a pioneer. The rest are copying the IPL. Its the structure of governance why the IPL sticks out, plus India has a strong entertainment industry . The IPL has got that balance just right. The IPL has money cause they pitched it to the franchise owners who believed that it was a well thought out plan.
