FischerTal Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Lol' date= you certainly don't give up. You are constantly trying to change the issue and divert the attention. When our discussion isn't about Rohit, then you brought in those stats. I don't care about those now, they may or may not may be correct. That's a whole different matter. The matter which was to discuss was on your poor argument that Dhawan should stay as when on flow, he is super destructive. That's what was the issue and reading your replies on it, clearly you have backtracked on it and are now just trying to divert from that. You need to admit that and at least learn to accept it. its a bit too much for you to make that statement. :giggle: again you dont believe stats are important to analyze a player. keep on with the embarassment :two_thumbs_up: you still dont get it do you? Rohit has been given enough opportunities to prove himself and has been an epic failure, like your posts in defending him. I said Dhawan should be persisted with till he finds his flow, as he is untested. Rohit has been given enough chances. you need to learn to give up with ridiculous arguments that you continue to give over and over again
someone Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 ^^^^ You clearly don't learn ever. I have neither defended or attached Rohit yet. That's not was the argument. You are clearly once again trying to divert and are not "man enough" to admit that you may have been wrong. Good luck to you.

Good luck to you. using man enough in a debate. go to debate class again and learn how to argue. i gave you enough reasons why rohit should be dropped and no response. Good luck to you too.
Rocky Balboa Posted June 2, 2013 Author Posted June 2, 2013 It would be nice if Dhoni asks Dinesh to open next practice match and see if he can replace Vijay.
Lord Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 It would be nice if Dhoni asks Dinesh to open next practice match and see if he can replace Vijay. Dinesh is doing fine enough in MO,why mess with it. just drop Rohit
zakk Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Dinesh is doing fine enough in MO,why mess with it. just drop Rohit yeah agree :agree:
Rocky Balboa Posted June 2, 2013 Author Posted June 2, 2013 Dinesh is doing fine enough in MO,why mess with it. just drop Rohit What abt M vijay? Y not drop him, man? He is not in great form either. Forget the test series against d aussies. I don't think he is in great form after dat series.
Lord Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 What abt M vijay? Y not drop him' date=' man? He is not in great form either. Forget the test series against d aussies. Crookbond Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Folks, Karthik WILL play in the middle order and Vijay WILL play as an opener. Keep this in mind and make your opinion.
Lord Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Folks' date=' Karthik WILL play in the middle order and Vijay WILL play as an opener. Keep this in mind and make your opinion.[/quote'] yes Dhoni hinted that Rohit is a backup option only
vvvslaxman Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 because hes an opener.I dont care about him but I dont want DK to open.hes fine in MO so either Vijay or Rohit should open, not DK yup.. he is one guy who eke out big overs from spinners in the middle overs unlike most players who choose to play slowly against spinners during the middle phase.
JourneyMan Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 One option could be pushing VK up to open and DK at 3.
yoda Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Even Dhoni is not as stupid as some here to move DK to the opener slot when he is set as a MO batsman. Rohit is not really an opener, not sure why he is suddenly being given a chance to succeed as an opener after a failed career as a MO batsman. Anyways, Murali Vijay will open the first few games. If he sucks totally, Rohit will replace him. KKD, given his form will not suck, so no MO slots available this CT for Rohit.
CG Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Yoda .We will be out of champions trophy if we loose first couple of matches .Form in 2nd practic e match has to be taken in top consideration.
yoda Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Yoda .We will be out of champions trophy if we loose first couple of matches .Form in 2nd practic e match has to be taken in top consideration. Yea sure the great Rohit is going to win us the CT. Our chances rest on Kohli, Raina, KKD, Dhoni and Bhuvi. It will be won or lost by those 5. Our bowlers barring the one are going to suck. Our openers may nor may not be able to transform their test performance from the Aussie test series to this tourney. Rohit is a proven BS ODI player. So it is left to the 4 MO batsmen. I really wish Pujara was there as that would have given us another solid bat.
puneet28 Posted June 4, 2013 Posted June 4, 2013 Vijay, Dhawan, Kohli, Karthik, Raina, Dhoni should be batting order against SA
Lord Posted June 4, 2013 Posted June 4, 2013 open the batting against SA with irfan and dhawan no Mooli is fine.was unlucky today KKD should be no.4.Dhoni 5
vishalvirsingh Posted June 4, 2013 Posted June 4, 2013 Vijay should be preferred as he is an opener....... If rohit plays he won't score more than 20......
