DomainK Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 One of the most dramatic overs in international cricket. Reminds me of the great Joginder Sharma.
vvvslaxman Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 One of the most dramatic overs in international cricket. Reminds me of the great Joginder Sharma. IN short.. he pulled a Bopara.. two key wickets in one over :cantstop: Ironcally Bopara was one of them
Crookbond Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Off Topic- WTF was Bopara waiting for there? Did anyone observe Dharmasena's reaction? He turned to Bopara and said - What are you waiting for? Bopara responded - Height? Dharamasena - What height? Bopara - No ball? Dharmasena - What? hu, What? Dharmasena then walks up to Rod Tucker and says - I don't know what he's waiting for. It was an awesome moment! Almost like being schooled by a strict principal. :haha:

SLICKR392 Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 That reaction is a must watch! Just watched it on Star Sports>Live>England innings>Bopara's wicket. That was embarrassing.

Crookbond Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 The best part was Dharmasena made that sly look by smiling and tilting one side of his mouth. It's like after you win an argument in real life and say "saala". I don't know how to explain but it was just an awesome expression!
cowboysfan Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Bopara doesnt know the rules of cricket, why did he wait after hitting it?
Crookbond Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Bopara doesnt know the rules of cricket' date='why did he wait after hitting it?[/quote'] He's ill conceived that because he shares his first name with his high holiness Jadeja, he can lead an umpire to over turn a decision using a non-existent rule. :headshake: David Lloyd on commentary was livid as well - "doesn't know the rules of the game", he said.
SLICKR392 Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Here's the video. :good: http://www.indiancricketfans.com/showthread.php?p=2500611#post2500611

maniac Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Umpires like billy Bowden, aleem dar or taufel would have handled the situation so much better....the what what thing seemed very condescending......bopara was at fault but the umpire looked like a douche IMHO..

I know exactly the expression you are talking about. Now imagine a Southie or a Lankan saying that "Saala!" :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: Epic. :hatsoff:
