In the north its all rugby and in Vic and SA its AFL so cricket is not the only sport unlike India. They were a top side for a very very long time and they just pwned us 4-0 at home as well so its not like they have been playing badly everywhere. Ofcourse they need to rebuild the team and find some good players and it will take time. few years ago people were saying the same about people not being interested in cricket in England now they are one of the top sides

I follow field hockey and even there they are now being regularly defeated by the germans in key competitions and dont have the youth coming through. Swimming, they did poorly in the olympics as a result of which their overall tally suffered.

Since statistics are so heavily involved, people like to armchair manage as the game goes along. Much easier if you can watch the game on your computer/tablet while search for stats.

As for the bolded part, i hope not because baseball is basically retardo cricket. Its all about doing 1-2 things well and giving thought to nothing else.
