Trichromatic Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 3rd pacer to pick 450 wickets. Averages 25 with 300 wickets since 2010. ATG tweaker 1
Malcolm Merlyn Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 3rd pacer to pick 450 wickets. Averages 25 with 300 wickets since 2010. ATG ATG?Really? Clouderson bowled all his life in England and still avgz 28. Something. His good period of 300 wkts came when Lara Hayden Langer Martyn Gilly Had retired and the likes of Ponting Dravid SRT Kallis Chanders had declined. The likes of Kohli Warner Williamson Rahane etc are still rising. The only Great batsman who Anderson faced in his 300wkt good period was Sanga.
Vilander Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Yup. Anderson definitely is an all time Great. Champion bowler. Bye
Trichromatic Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 300+ wickets at average of 25 since 2010. He is performing like ATG bowlers.

express bowling Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 (edited) - Edited August 6, 2016 by express bowling
express bowling Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 Anderson has played 68 out of his 118 tests ( 57 % ) in England under clouds. Same % in the last 6 years. He averages 40 in SL, 39.9 in South Africa, 38 in Australia and 36 in NZ. He has been at his peak in the last 6 years and has had the chance to play 72 tests in that period, 41 of those in England. He is definitely a very good bowler but somewhat short of ATG as his performance in his non-peak 7 years ( more than 50% of his career in terms of time ) has been very average.
