saneindian Posted August 23, 2013 Posted August 23, 2013 how many Ranji matches can he play before they pick the squad for the SA tests? Can start with Challenger trophy, then at least one match in Duleep Trophy (potentially 3 if West Zone move to the finals). The Ranji Trophy starts from 27th Oct and these are the matches before the warm up matches in SA start on Dec 18 Oct 27-30 - Mumbai vs Haryana in Haryana Nov 7-10 - Mumbai vs Punjab at Mohali Nov 14-17 - Mumbai vs Delhi at Mumbai Nov 28 - Dec 1- Mumbai vs Vidarbha at Mumbai Dec 6-9 - Mumbai vs Jharkhand at Mumbai

Lord Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 Zak looks bloody fit on this one. nah its just VVS being too fat:--D
rkt.india Posted September 2, 2013 Posted September 2, 2013 nah its just VVS being too fat:--D Looking fit and bowling fit are two different things.
SLICKR392 Posted September 13, 2013 Posted September 13, 2013 Tim Exeter @MetasportAP 11 Sep @YUVSTRONG12 @ImZaheer great work boys congrats on the India A captaincy and selection. Hard work starting to pay off.
aditya4all Posted September 13, 2013 Posted September 13, 2013 Zaheer Khan must be in the squad. He is useful not only as a bowler but as a mentor to young cricketers and captain to bowling department. He reads the situation very well better than dhoni when team is crucial while defending the target. The only critic about him is giving away more runs in the slog overs. However, Team need him..
jf1gp_1 Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 Watched the highlights lost weight, no huffing or puffing like we saw upon his return, not once looked in any trouble plus WI bowlers weren't challenging enough.. Hardwork paid. Even Yusuf seemed to have lost weight
CG Posted October 2, 2013 Author Posted October 2, 2013 :hatsoff: Woot i have not seen zak this slim even in his debut.:two_thumbs_up:
Yoda-esque Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Zak looks bloody fit on this one. Fantastic!
vvvslaxman Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Didn't work guys. Both of you don't disgrace yourselves any further.

vvvslaxman Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 May be they should have spent more time on skills than just fitness. By the look of it they focused mainly on slimming down. May be they took the advice from ICF who believe Ashwin will suddenly become a magician overseas once he loses weight :cantstop:
