Two years onwards he has raised his game. I doubt Gambhir and Viru will be back. Politics being the issue. But Dhawan proves, comebacks are possible. In the grandest of fashion.

Such players deteriorate at rapid rate. Ponting had technique to fallback on, Sehwag lacks that. He is finished.

No way should he be anywhere near the ODI team anymore
