Yes, YES! :nice:
Here is a very simple one: 1. Chop Paneer into cubes. 2. Chop some tomatoes(1.5-2) into small cubes and onions(optional, 0.5-1) into slices. 3. Oil/butter a microwavable dish. 4. Put the tomatoes and onions in the dish along with salt and spices(red chilli powder, turmeric, cardamon, cloves, cinnamon, cumin). You can use all of them or simply omit the ones you don't like the flavor of. 5. Put the bowl in the microwave for around 10-12 minutes. The time depends on the microwave, so the first time you make it keep checking every couple of minutes after 6. 6. When the tomatoes become mushy, put in the paneer cubes and microwave for another 2-3 minutes. The entire thing shouldn't take more than 20-25 minutes, out of which most of the time would be free time while the microwave is on and you can carry on doing other things. Minimum mess in the kitchen as well to clean up. Don't expect a delicacy, but it tastes surprisingly good for the amount of effort involved.

Another inexpensive delicacy I'd have to say are pot pies. You can get them for around $3......takes around 10 mins to prepare and they are pretty sizable.......once done.......make a few holes in the middle.....and add some salsa and pepper for flavor.....very filling meal......
