NareshK Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 I am not expecting Mohit and Unadkat to bowl as well as them and that is why asking people to have low expectations because people here are taking their names frequently like they will start winning us matches. Same people will vouch for their heads to once they got hit fin match. I am also talking about sameness in the attack that is why we need at least one genuine pacer. There is Yadav who could go for runs but can get you a wicket at an important time like he did when he bounced Ab DeVilliars out in the first CT match which turned the game on its head. I agree but on flat tracks in ODIs, even if a bowler has pace, he still needs to bowl a perfect line and length and bowl variations if he has to avoid being hit. I'm not sure Umesh or Suyal or even Rahul Shukla has that control. Pace doesn't solve our death bowling issues and you can't hope he will pick a wicket or two while giving away 70 runs in 10 overs. Economy is also very important.

Economy is also very important.[/quote'] He too will only learn once he bowls more like others. Mohali pitch was not a complete patta neither Pune was. Johnson showed that on both occasions.
