Regardless of him throwing it away, good sign is that he is able to score runs on these low scoring grounds, which should be seen as a positive. Now let him bat for a while and play him in a way that he shouldn't be asked to win the game for Pakistna, but just to hang around there and be part of victory. That is when he will improve. You can't expect to play match winnin knocks every time you play one of the top bowling attacks like South Africa. Collective effort is needed.
