Don't miss it at all. Passive aggressive fans, hyped up emotions, mostly average games. I used to enjoy them once, but now want more from the standard of play. I'm much more excited by the prospect of my team playing SA in SA, Australia in Australia, and England in England.

I just said that, I won't mind us playing Pakistan at all. A test series in UAE would be good but not really desperate. During 2004-2007 it was an overkill and became boring other than that India vs Pak is always good Cricket and best part is the build up.

I want more games against South Africa rather, we already play a lot against Australia and England who are regularly slotted for 4 or 5 tests against us every 2 years... What I would really like is such schedules against the only other side above us in rankings,, which is South Africa.

Pakistan is in a real bad form at the moment, would love to see a series when they are actually in full form (which i believe would take some time)

since 07 WC which i think was the lowest point for both the team we have w/l ratio of 1.42 in ODI which isnt bad

Ind-Pak matches are good during the time when we are in the same league as pakistan. It's like Aus-SA in a league, then Eng-Ind-SL-Pak-WI below them followed by NZ-Banglas-Zim. England made it to the higher league, and it's time for us to move on and to make rivalries with Aus-SA-Eng. I want SL-Pak rivalry now :hitler:

I miss Test cricket between India and Pakistan . ODI cricket has been off and on and especially , htere are atleast 2-3 times in any f the multilateral tournaments in ODI or T20 that both the natons have met . However, there haven't been any tests since 2007 . The fact that during the entire 24 year career of Sachin , Ind-Pak played just 10-11 tests was a shame .

Not really..the biggest blew up in this rivalry is all those fixed Sharjah matches due to which Pak overall record is good. Moment they step in global event, we all knw what happens:winky:
