mohit sharma's avg speed is 129-132 kmph,his effort balls are 138..he is not that tall+not that fast..saf batsmen are used to playing such bowlers in club cricket,if he doesn't get swing or movement off the pitch then he's a sitting duck

absolutely,these indian bowlers are short and not hit the deck type bowlers so they are not getting much purchase even out of such lively pitches

Both are trundlers but Bhuvi has skills and can improve, a decnt odi bowler and not yet test class, fear is he is regressing instead of improving, Mohit am not sure what make him anything more then a bits n pieces player who cannot bat.

Problem with BK. As soon as ball gets a bit old and stops moving. He is then just a trundler. Odi bowler but not test player. As when things not happening need wheels. The future is Shami, Aaroon and Yadav. Must be played and perserved through thick and thin

Ishant's average speed was shown as 136 when he was in the middle of a spell. Should've played this attack in the 1st ODI. Guess it's better late than never. I just wish Ishant isn't selected for the tests based on his two wickets today as he still bowls with a scrambled seam.

Dhoni gave Umesh a leg slip in his 2nd spell. Allowed him to bowl quick , short balls at the body. Amazing what a little support from the captain can do to a fast bowler.

In my opinion, today was a step in the right direction. Our pace attack looked good throughout the innings aside from a few bad balls. I feel yadav overpitches on the offside which allows an easy drive by the batsmen. Just give them long spells like today. How about it.. ishant bowling well at the death!
