Why not try harmeet singh, rahul sharma, karan sharma, shabaz nadeem, abdulla, rasool. Our spin stocks, though we have ojha, ashwin and jadeja, do not go further! And we're a spin-friendly nation.. our STRENGTH is supposed to be spin yet we aren't doing that well overseas whereas other countries have wicket taking spinners. How do we turn ours into world class spinners?! These tours will help but they're short

Harmeet is ordinary...did nothing of note since the U-19 WC Rassool seems to be a good prospect though

I not talking about good bowling in a single tournament. Often , the novelty factor of new bowler never seen before or really great form can bring about a good series. We need a spinner who can turn the ball on most surfaces and really gives the ball a tweak. Do we have any such bowler available ?

Bottomline is you need tweakers . Someone who impart lot of revolutions and land wicket to wicket with no respite. May be we should go for ODI specialists who may not have to play tests.

(cut to 1.02 for good spin bowling!) Rasool did well though it was against aussies. This is why we should have played him in Zim, we haven't seen much of him. The point is, ashwin needs some fire up his @ss and there's no one to replace him. He should be dropped for a game or two just like ishant was. In the meantime, he should work on his game whilst his replacement gets some games.

:cantstop: why Bhajji? We are not padosis to recycle players. We have lot of domestic talents available. Ojha is no different from Ashwin in ODI. He also bowls slowl loopy deliveries which will be smashed around. Ideally India needs a leggie who can turn it sharply.

Kuldee Yadav from U19 can be one bowler who I have lot of hopes from and in next 2-3 years, he should be doing the business for us. He is a rare commodity. He bowls both orthodox left arm spin and Chinaman.

BCCI :mad: So many teams have bowlers chucking and we destroyed a guy like Parmar. Even in domestic cricket bowlers are banned first time they are called fopr suspected to be chucking by umpires without even being tested or proved. How can you ban without proving. At least test them and then only ban them. Maharasthra pacer Sachin Chaudhary is banned after umpire no-balled him for chucking after his 11 wicket burst until cleared.

Ashwin with this test have become a zero in test matches outside subcontinent. Where are the spinners? Even after preparing spin tracks in domestics where are the spinners who really spin the ball. Even duminy got wkt of kohli .
