This happened in 1612, just as the great Mughal empire was drawing to a close. Because Shailendra was very poor then and could not pay off the bet, he entered into a agreement with Prashanth saab that, if ever he or any of his subsequent generation ever went to captain India’s cricket team, they would always include Prashanth’s subsequent generation. He shows up every year to play IPL, announces he is injured after IPL and informs everyone about the injury and its progress through twitter until next year prior to the next IPL. The Tiwary Loop. Strictly speaking, he is no hack and has performed when included in the XI + a 100, under pressure to go with it. BTW, he is recovering from an injury, AFAIK.
