I would put much more faith in the defensive technique of Ishant than CL Jadeja.

Ishant's defense is far superior to CL Jadeja, and as a night watchman that is the most important trait.

CG Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 Actually its not about pace .I have seen zak taking wickets at 128-137ks When he was at his peak and he was more or less same speed now.The problem is the zip is missing .the release speed is less important than the reduction in speed when the ball hits the ground with good wrist work u get more zip off the pitch{less reduction} which zak is missing.

Nah... His fastest deliveries were almost always between 140 to 142 k. He rarely touched 145 though.
