Where is SJ. :hmmm: I always have a soft corner for afghansitan whether its cricket or politcs. :icflove: Really surprised by the performance of their cricket team. Country is waging non stop war from 1970s against super powers but their cricket team is a sample of how hard the people are. All the best for afghanistan and afghan brothers. :clap: BCCI should do something for them , like bringing few of their players for IPL. Guess their pace bowling is a few notchs above our trundling.

does raise the question. I do believe Saurav Ganguly is the only "big" player to come from Wb and represent India in cricket. Punjab followed by Maharashtra followed Karnataka followed by Haryana/Delhi is where most of the Indian greats have come from. I dont think the eastern side of India have produced much.

i am talking about ethnicity. Genetic traits. In the ODIs we can certainly say Yuvraj singh is an Indian legend. Then ofcourse you have somebody like Amarnath Bedi. These are just the two at the top of my head. Kohli is currently well on his way.
