Even the so called Rhiti/CSK connection and selection bias towards players with such relationship have been backed up by no evidence. There are players who have no such relationship and have been in the team forever with no performance to back up. Anyways, with all these conspiracy theories floating around who needs the padosis anymore for random posts with Lahoric logic?

If you are employed, just read the terms and conditions of your employment You do not have to be unfair, the very fact you are owning a player in two capacity - one as a captain selecting the player and two as shareholder in a sports agency is enough for someone to be sacked All these questions are arising only because of ignoring this very basic rule of business
express bowling Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 I would like to see more transparency in the way the Indian team is picked and managed. Also the way BCCI operates. The BCCI cricket team is called India. It is not a private team. So, there must be more accountability and transparency.

There should be some transparency... If BCCI appears to again brush everything under carpet and selectively punishes players and franchisees then counter allegations are bound to occur... It's not that BCCI or Srini has imposed a martial Law over everybody to let them do whatever they want to, no questions asked. The more you try to hide, the more wild allegations you'll attract...

I am saying even the most basic corporation has this clause to avoid this kind of situations. There is no way a captain can get away with both selecting players on one side and owning an agency catering to players on other. Not even if he is Mahatma Gandhi's re-incarnation. Now add the BCCI boss owning his own team, selecting the Indian captain as his captain and then saving him from the selectors to the mix and see what a murky potion you brew
