He was always a force in t20s Sachin was our best ODI batsman, but nobody lasts forever. My biggest worry is that I can't think of anyone who can step up and take Yuvi's role in the next couple of years.

Hence i want rahane in cause he can do that. Would love to see yuvraj smash steyn and co but we'll have to see... tahir definitely

He failed against Australia and the only place he scored decently was in motera. Bottom line is yuvraj will do well against ordinary pacers but will most likely fail against spinners. I think this will be strategy of opposition against yuvi. Hopefully he can contribute more knocks like this though, but I don't see him doing well against SL or Pak, which have good spinners.

I am not saying he deserves the emotional card to the team, but he is special who can turn things around and I am glad Dhoni and the board gave him the chance. I mean, it's not as ridiculous the he's been blocking someone's chance as people made it out to be. He did have some good scores to prove that he still belongs here, and then some series of failures.Hopefully he continues to score and will be part of our 2015 world cup squad. Today's knock was crucial. Scored the most where people couldn't really score much.
