KeyboardWarrior Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Breaking News : ICC takes notice of Bangladesh govt banning waving of flags of other countries, to seek clarification of BCB.
rahulrulezz Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 why do you always pop up in these threads i dont see you commenting in any other cricket related threads. Did I hit a nerve ... The reality is we Indians (including me) got pissed off when Kashmiris were shouting Pakistani Zindabad in India .... We Indians should be the last to make fun of Bangladeshi government for stopping ppl to wave the flags of other country.... In order to avoid any political drama about just banning Pakistani flags, they have banned every other country's flag.... Fair enough to BCB
KeyboardWarrior Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 its the same as pakis waving indian flag in the pakistan or indian waving paki flag in india. Each three of us ****ed with eachother in the past. Cant blame the bengalis. ICC T20 World Cup 2014 : India vs Pakistan - 21st March 2014 Karachi Lol at Bangladeshi Govt .... :hysterical: Its just a Game .....
Deleted_User_1 Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 this is due to lot of mullahs waving pakistani flag during neutral matches and jersey too and theres big fuss about this among general public fueling over this incident due to what pakistan did to bd and millions of people died to kick the pakistani flag out of this country. just picture indian waving pakistani flag in indian stadium. If bd fans were carrying any other countries flag or jesery say australia, nz or even india, this wont even be an issue at all. but since bcb cant come out ban only one flag(paki), which would be an obvious anti paki, they are going put a halt on everyone Btw this is totally govt motive and not done by bcb. hasian govt is anti paki to the max, her dad was tortured captured sent to prison by paki militants. they favor india and also her dad was the founding father of bangladesh who lead the bengalis to fight against the pakis. Yeah, but I see non-mullahs supporting and cheering for Pakis as well. Should they not be hating PAK after all the torture and rape in 1971. My great grandfather (a notable political leader in pre-independence East Pak) was tortured and killed in the military barracks in 1971 by Paki ausshole military. I do not get this. Perhaps it is a bhai bhai thingie!!
maniac Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 These guys are idiots to cheer for Pak after all that happened,do they even read history at school or is it some brainwashed revisionist history lessons like most pakis have?
KeyboardWarrior Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 I am amazed by reading Few Posts on this thread .... Its just a Game ... :hysterical:
maniac Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 I am amazed by reading Few Posts on this thread .... Its just a Game ... :hysterical: Let us see how Pakis would react if some minorities in your country would cheer for India in "just a game" Oh that's right, you guys took a totally different approach to fix that issue
putrevus Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 It is just a game do not make it more than that this false jingoism is ruining people.
youngindia Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 That is a very odd restriction. some posters lack a sense of history. obviously the 1971 civil war is a very sensitive topic there and touches a raw nerve even today. perfectly understandable as razakars, pro pak biharis, fundamentalists continue to be a thorn in the flesh for bangla nationalists .
youngindia Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 It is just a game do not make it more than that this false jingoism is ruining people. you would be right abut SC fans on this many times. but when it comes to genocide, it takes precedence over all other matters for generations when it comes to mass killings, memories are long...Chinese and other east Asians would not take any offence about the past from the Japanese even today...Netherlands players and fans often treated soccer encounters against Germany extremely seriously for a very long time....long memories
Haarkarjeetgaye Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Better than expelling students from university better than sending terrorists to other contries and completely wiping of minorities in a country in the name of Islamic republic
NareshK Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 I am amazed by reading Few Posts on this thread .... Its just a Game ... :hysterical: Biggest joke is when Pakis say its just a game. They literally take every World Cup game against India like its a war and they wet their pants during the game because of pressure and they are saying its just a game. :hysterical:

If bangladesh is so sensitive about issues of past both bcb and their govt would be better off not hosting world events. When hosting world events people want to cheer for their favorite teams and players who may not be from their national team. When you are prohibiting people from cheering, you as govt and organizing host are making it more than just sporting event. As a host your responsibility lies in giving people freedom to express themselves as long as they are not causing any issues to other people.
